Join our experienced trainers, Brooke Devi, lead trainer and Ash Elliot, anatomy teacher for this deep dive yin immersion. Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners.

Their home in yogic tradition is Ashtanga, having practiced in this tradition most consistently for the last decade.

Bess has completed at least 500 hours of yoga teacher training, alongside their clinical work as an Integrative Physiotherapist where the yogic traditions of mind/boy union form the foundation of their approach to movement as medicine.
